Our minimum requirements for flight crew are as follows:
1500 hours total time (excluding simulator time)
Current multi-engine rating (fixed wing)
A valid EEC passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel
JAA ATPL (JAA CPL with ATPL theory may also be considered)
Jet or Turbo Prop time (excluding Simulator)
MCC (multi-crew coordination) Certificate or exemption, and
Fluency in English
Minimum of 70 hours PIC if no valid/current multi pilot type rating
NetJets does not hire direct-entry captains as we believe pilots need to gain experience in our type of operation. Experience has taught us that this objective is successfully achieved with some time as a First Officer. Successful candidates will be allocated to a fleet according to the needs of the company at the time. We do not recruit for specific fleets.
We will review the applications of all pilots who meet these criteria. Our aim is to ensure that the vacancies that we have for First Officers are filled by a mixture of candidates from throughout Europe as well as of diverse experience. We aim to employ a healthy mix of candidates from all sorts of backgrounds so that we can enrich the experience of our crews.
