Just some news for those who have recently applied for the cabin crew positions.
I called up recruitment this morning as I applied last monday 11th july. I was told that they have had over 2500 applications and are going throughh them ALL.
They are doing this alongside the current interviews.
For me, they said I should hear back on their decision (either way) by the end of this week or next.
Some advice for some waiting: Calm Down!…..I have been aware of this forum for a few years and was compelled to make this post after recently going over some of the threads the last week.
I understand everyone is anxious about hearing back but the levels of mass and delirious panic some are expressing and putting out there which I think is getting unhealthy.
Every single person who has applied wants this job as much as you. Just be patient, chill, and you will hear soon. Stop coming to your own conclusions of failure before you’ve even heard anything.
Recruitment seem to be working really hard on going through it all and getting a response to every applicant so I think its just gonna be a case of waiting it out – and it won’t be long now.
Be positive, not negative, stop stressing and don’t give up faith so easily – if its not your time now then it will be next time.
Some things (like this)in life are out of our control and though we are all human and have emotions, you can’t bring them to the point of making yourself feel bad unecessarily.
Not lecturing or disregarding anyone or anything…just trying to bring back a little sunshine with optimism!!
