Dear friends of aviation, I need your help.

A good friend of mine once owned a Piper Seneca with registration SE-LAV. He sold the aircraft to Aeromadrid in 2001. New registration EC-ICH. Serial number is 34-7970424.

It seems that Aeromadrid was bankrupt in 2009 or something? After that I can´t find any information as to what happened to EC-ICH. I therefore need your help. Perhaps someone from Spain can gather more information about this than I can, from Sweden.

Really looking forward to any information you may find. It seems that the aircraft was taken out of registration when Aeromadrid collapsed, but perhaps someone bought it afterwards and it´s still flying somewhere?

Aeromadrid assets were put on public auction early this year. As you will see in the link below there isn’t any Seneca within the listed items:

According to RNAC, EC-ICH still belongs to Aeromadrid.

Do you have any tips of where I should look in order to find out more about this aircraft? I would need some form of information that the aircraft still is in Madrid. Just want to help my friend to find out exactly where the aircraft is today 🙂
