Emirates employs highly skilled and successful pilots from around the world. We are currently recruiting experienced First Officers to fly our extensive international route network.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious pilots to develop their career on one of the youngest, high-tech fleets, with one of the fastest growing and most profitable airlines in the world.
We have recently introduced a Pre-selection Programme that enables us to travel to destinations around the world to conduct part of our Selection Programme for First Officers. This programme allows you, the candidate, to gain an insight into career opportunities with Emirates and to participate in part of the process in your own country, without having to travel to Dubai.
This programme will require your attendance for one day and will involve assessments, including Advance Compass Testing, Psychometric Testing, as well as a short interview. Candidates who are successful at this stage will then be invited to Dubai at a later date to complete the remainder of the Selection Programme. By attending this Pre-Selection Programme the time required to travel to Dubai will be less than the current time required.
