Following the very successful launch of our new Mixed Fleet at British Airways we have now had the opportunity to review our initial recruitment process for the role of Customer Service Manager.
As a result of this review we have adjusted our Customer Service Manager re-application timescales from a period of 12 months to 6 months. This means that if you have previously unsuccessfully applied for the role of Customer Service Manager and were unsuccessful you are now eligible to re-apply 6 months after your application submission date or your assessment date, whichever is later.
