We are searching for Flight Attendants to join our customer Deutsche Lufthansa’s team based at their Berlin
location.

You will be flying continental/European routes from Berlin.
Training
Professional service training and comprehensive qualification
Training duration: approximately 6 weeks incl. a route experience training
flight onboard a Lufthansa aircraft
Remuneration Outlay compensation during the training phase: 380 EUR monthly (pro rata
basis)
After a short trainee phase, Flight Attendants will receive an unlimited
contract with AviationPower. Deployment will be initially for Lufthansa from
Berlin.
The remuneration is regulated by the Collective Labor Agreement of the
Federal Service Employers Association (Tarifvertrag des
Bundesarbeitgeberverbandes der Personaldienstleister (BAP/BZA) and for
the time period of Lufthansa deployment is adjusted to the Lufthansa
starting salary.
Furthermore, during this deployment many additional benefits will be
granted.
Vacation entitlement during deployment is 42 days a year.

Requirements Completed schooling

Minimum height: 1.60 m and appropriate weight
Passport without restrictions
Visual acuity between +/- 5 diopter
The maximum diopter level before a laser operation may only be +/- 5. The
laser operation must have taken place at least 6 months before the flight
fitness test.
Willing to work shifts and on international assignments

Application process Start an application
After clicking “Stellenangebote” (Job Offers) in the job ad, you will be
transferred to the application platform part of our website. There you can
directly begin entering your personal data and click through and give your
consent to the privacy policy and the application details.
Create an application
Next, fill out the application form according to the selection fields and click
through the individual application steps, page by page (colored arrows will
give you a continual update on your application status). Finally, please attach
your school certificates, as well as other documents that will make your
application stand out, and send the application to us.
Telephone interview
If you meet the general requirements for your desired position, you will receive
an e-mail from us with an invitation to a telephone interview. You must respond
to this invitation within 14 days in order to remain in the application process.
Shortly thereafter, we will conduct a 10-15 minute telephone interview with you
in German – part of it will be in English.
Selection day and reliability check (ZUP)
If you successfully pass the telephone interview, we will then get to know one
another personally. During an English test, an individual interview and group
exercises, we will get to know you better. A reliability check (ZUP) will follow if
you successfully complete this portion of the application process.
Health examination (medical), training, contract offer
If your reliability check comes back positive, you will be asked to complete
health assessments (medical) relevant to your performance as a Flight
Attendant and subsequently begin your training. During this time you will be
employed as a trainee. You will be taken on as a permanent employee after
successful completion of the training.

Comenta Ahora Lufthansa va a contratar a unos 200 tripulantes de cabina temporales en su base del nuevo aeropuerto internacional de Berlín (Willy Brandt), cuya apertura está prevista en junio de 2012. Un despacho de EP explica que los nuevos TCP firmarán un contrato de dos años y unos salarios similares a los del resto de tripulantes de la compañía. No obstante, los detalles se están negociando con los sindicatos.
Christoph Franz, presidente del grupo, ha anunciado en la revista interna de Lufthansa que en 2012 lanzará un programa de ahorro de costes y aumento de ventas para incrementar los ingresos. Con este plan se pretende hacer frente al alza del precio del combustible y a la coyuntura de crisis económica.
En noviembre, la compañía informó de que congelaría todas las inversiones no esenciales para los próximos seis meses debido a la dureza del entorno económico.
