I went to an assesment day on february 8th in Sofia, so I had to fill their online application and they send me an e-mail ivinting me to assist. Even though I was not successful. There were 4 stages, first you had to make a presentation about you that should last at least 2 minutes. Then you pick up a number. The interviewers make questions while you are talking. The second stage was a role play, the third screening and the last one was a personal interview (the CV had to be given at this stage). While we were waiting for them to tell the numbers who were successful, a boy who knew Wizzair cabin crew told me that before the personal interview you had to sell some product of the company.
I wasn’t successful through the first stage, so I can’t tell you how the others stages went
But if it says open day, I think you just have to go with your CV to the place that is indicated on their web site. Open days work this way. You just go there and give your CV and if you are successful they call you for the screening or other tests they do. Although I can not assure you if the open day will be like the assesment day I assisted.
So since they posted an open day I think you don’t need invitations. Invitaions are necessary only for assesment days.
