The Open Day will consist in three parts:

1. Presentation of the company and the offer.

2. Englishlanguage written test.

3. Interview.

If you will pass the interview successfully, you will be invited tomake a Cabin Crew Training Program.

If you finish the course successfully you will be offered to sign a3-year work contract, guaranteeing:

10,5 months of work, 20 days paid vacation, 4 weeks unpaid leave -each year.

You must be flexible and willing to be based at any of the 47Ryanair bases within EU.

Total Training costs (only if you are successful at the interview):

All studentsare required to pay 300€ for the registrationfee in order to reserve your place on the course and receive preparationmaterials for the course and for the ID process files.

The total cost of your training course and to attain your qualification is1.649.00€ if you pay in advance or 1.949.00 € if you pay byinstalments – optional.

The students are required to payfor the course ONLY if they have passed it successfully.

If by any reason a studentfails the course no payment for the course will be charged.

Total Accommodation costs – optional.

700€ deposit includes high quality accommodation and housekeeping services forall the course period (6 weeks),

Training costs include:

Trainingcourse, training materials, practical trainings,medical examination, ID paper work, flight to HHN within Ryanair net, flightfrom HHN to the base, transportation between accommodation and training centre(if you choose accommodation in our Centre), extra baggage allowance, uniformfitting.

Refundingpolicy:

300€ registrationfee is not refundable, however, if you fail the course or quit from the courseby any reason you will not be charged for the rest of the course costs.

Accommodation isrefundable only if cancelled prior to the course.

No money will berequired on the Assessment Day.

The students are required to paythe course ONLY if they pass successfully.

BENEFITS.

To compensate the expenses, Ryanair is suggesting the NEW JOINERS LOAN for atotal amount of €1200.00 to each candidate who starts to work, which is anextra bonus on top of the salary and percentage from sales.

You get €1200 over 6 months: €300 in month 1, €300 in month 2 and €600 in month6 – above your all other type of income.

Therefore, over 70% of your training costs will be covered by the company onceyou have started working and if you chose to pay in advance.

Or over 50% of your training costs will be covered by the company once you havestarted working if you chose to pay by installments.

SALARY:

1. Average salary ofa Junior Cabin Crew Member on the first year – 1.200€/1.000£ a month.

2. Each crew receive10% from all sales on board during the duty.

The requirements are:

Age over 18

Between 5′ 2″ (1.57m) and 6′ 2″ (1.88m) in height with weight in proportion

Good eye-sight (contact lenses are acceptable)

Valid EU passport

Swim at least 50 meters

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
No visible tattoos
No medication

If you are qualified by the requirements above you will be very welcome to attend one of our Assessment Days in order to proceed with your selection and further career.

Fluency in English language is one of the most important requirements. To increase the number of successful candidates we are offering a special English language preparation course for future flight attendants/ground staff – optional course. For more information you may check the attachment. Even if your English is not fluent, you may still attend the Assessment Day.

Each English language preparation course is designed to:

1. Increase the general level of language (spoken and written).

2. Prepare the students for a successful interview.

3. Introduce the students to technical vocabulary and professional terminology.

4. Give the equal opportunity to all candidates to get the position of cabin Crew.

REQUIRED CLOTHING FOR CREWLINK CABIN CREW ASSESSMENT DAYS

LADIES

All Ladies are required to wear the following:

1. A knee-length skirt.

2. Flesh coloured or clear tights.

3. Short sleeved shirt or blouse.

No denim jeans or casual (disco clothes) are allowed. Ifyou are not in the required clothing you will not be granted an interview.Make-up is required. Hairs longer then shoulder line must be caught up.

GENTLEMEN

All Gentlemen are required to wear the following:

1. Formal or smart attire (Jacket/sweater and classictrousers, tie).

2. Short sleeved shirt.

No denim jeans or casual (disco clothes) are allowed. Ifyou are not in the required clothing you will not be granted aninterview. Clear shave is required.

As Cabin Crew you are the face of Ryanair and you must maintain thehighest grooming standards.

The grooming above is required for the Assessment Day so that allcandidates are as close to Ryanair uniform model as possible.

Este es el mail recien sacado de ryanair, ya que lei algo aqui de ryanair pues aqui teneis la info lo que cuesta juas! saludos y buen fin de semana.

Cada vez son peores los contratos de Ryr !! Ahora te obligan a 4 semanas de unpaid leave…

Sí… a personas que contrataron a partir de Mayo… las condiciones para hacer el Training eran las anteriores… y una vez hecho el curso, el contrato ya incluía esto.

Lo que ni dice son los «blow jobs» qué según su dueño se iban a hacer en primera.

Hola, gracias por la información, aunque no me quedan muy claros unos detalles; la documentación( CV, passaporte vigente…etc) hay que llevarla el dia del Open Day o posteriormente cuando te digan que has podido acceder(en el caso de, claro)?
Y, no sé si es un error al copiar o debe ser así: abajo dónde te indica cómo inscribirte mandando el mail y confirmando asistencia, en Valencia pone que has de marcar ‘Open Day Porto’, y ‘Open Day Valencia’ si lo quieres hacer en Santander?? No me cuadra mucho..
Y por favor, qué es eso de la hora: 10.00 – 9.45 ???

la documentacion hay que llevarla y lo del 10.00 – 9:45 quiere decir que se empieza a las 10 y hay que estar a las 9:45

pues que se hace en santander segun tengo entendido, la formacion ellos te ponen la casa que son los 700 euros a parte, y también hay que llevar la documentacion mas el dni y todo eso y el curso en santander se hace segun tengo entendido.

Para el día del Open Day suelen pedirte: Pasaporte (original) y no recuerdo si una o dos copias, copia de curriculum en inglés.

Cuando te indica que pongas «Open Day -ciudad que sea-» es para que en el asunto del correo que les envies pongas la ciudad a la que vas a asistir.

Y finalmente si eres seleccionada (te harán que rellenes un curriculum allí, les entregues los documentos, un examen escrito tipo test de inglés y una parte práctica que es un caso que se te puede dar en un avión), el Training se realiza en HNN, que es la una base en Alemania, Hahn.Y preparate para recolectar documentación para llevarte jeje.

No te preocupes por la entrevista, a nada que tengas nivel de inglés de bachillerato te van a coger porque necesitan mucha gente ahora.

Yo no es por desmoralizaros, ni por quitaros la ilusión, pero os voy a decir un poco lo que hay. Lo hago porque hubiese pagado millones porque alguien me hubiese informado como yo voy a hacer, para no haberme metido en esta basura de compañía.

Pues bien, pasareis la entrevista, os llamarán y tendréis que hacer el papeleo para hacer el curso para poder volar con ellos. Y he aquí el primer ejemplo del tipo de compañía que es, porque durante el curso no te van a pagar, al revés, lo tienes que pagar tú. Y no es barato precisamente, son 3000 €urazos de curso.

El curso es duro, íntegro en inglés y tienes que aprobar los exámenes con un 8,5 o con un 9. Qué lo suspendes? te dan otra oportunidad. Que lo vuelves a suspender? pues te quedas sin curso y sin 3mil €.

Y creerme, no es fácil para nada, de mi clase suspendieron 10 personas de 30.

Bueno, aprobareis el curso y os harán una ceremonia (cutre como la propia empresa) donde te entregarán el certificado y el uniforme. Uniforme que por supuesto TIENES QUE PAGAR, dónde se ha visto eso?? bienvenidos a Ryanair.

Después de el curso os mandarán a la base que ellos kieran que posiblemente sea Londres Stansted porque necesitamos un montón de gente allí para los juegos olímpicos. Y ahí os daréis cuenta del error que habéis cometido.

Una base donde eres un número para tus jefes, donde estás OBLIGADO a vender si no quieres que tus jefes te chillen después de cada vuelo, donde ves gente llorando porque no puede con tanto extres, donde ves que cada mes se van una media de 30 trabajadores porque no aguantan más… Todo ese tipo de cosas que hacen a uno «amar» a esta basura de compañía.

No sé, yo si estuviese en vuestro lugar me lo pensaría mucho y si de verdad queréis volar, intentarlo con CUALKIER otra compañía. CUALKIERA va a ser mejor que «Ratanair».

Yo llevo ya en Stansted casi un año y desde el momento que entré en la crewroom me he querido ir. Estoy esperando al año porque si te vas antes de cumplirlo, por supuesto tienes que pagar.
Los pocos que quedamos de mi curso (porque ya se han ido unos cuantos que no aguantaban más) estamos en esa situación, que queremos irnos ya!
